The shadows hold evil as the dark fairy nymph makes her way among the shadows......

As she walks upon the mortar and bricks, he lurks in the shadows watching………waiting………for his prey……that dark fairy nymph whose heart and soul he could not take…..and she feels his hunger…..the hunger of a demon in disguise…..and reaches for her sword…..he lunges at her throat and she slashes her sword in the air…taking his head to the ground and he turns to dust before her eyes….. She holds her sword up and the moon strikes it with light and stars glow blue…… Another slowly steps out of the shadows….one not of demon blood but with heart and soul of the living…..and smiles……she sees the one she has been waiting for….and she is free to love without the threat of dark clouds casting shadows upon her any longer…...the evil has been cast away to the depths of hell and she is safe in her place of peace and beauty……

The dark fairy nymph seeks the one......

She wanders seeking the one who will take her with heart and soul….if even for one night….darkness wraps her with its cloud-veiled cloak as the moon shimmers beneath trying to break free……as she has done……now free to find…..to feel…….to know…..to have what she most desires…....but he must be one who can carry her off with strength of mind…….strength of soul……..he is there waiting in the shadows…..watching……..waiting for the right moment……….

The fortress falls by her own hands.....

Her fortress she rips down with her own hands piece by piece……stone by stone….until she is able to walk unencumbered by the past or the future…..but just the present is with her and she grasps onto each moment with a fury that exposes her to life in a way she has never experienced….with a depth of feeling that cannot be put into words……..can only be felt with passionate abandon…..

Her emotions overtake her will.......

Emotions collide within her mind….not knowing where her heart is…….she feels a need to do as she never has before….to destroy the wall that exists between her own self and that of life….to let all of her inhibitions become ghosts….and to experience all that she has not……she desires to abandon all that has kept her from what she is meant to be……and to do all that she feels in this moment………if only there were someone there this night……if only……

She moves through the darkness silently.....

He is gone…..she is done with him. No longer can she take his ill treatment of her and so in her own way, she has cast him out of her circle for her highest good…. Still, sadness touches her heart that it cannot be more than it is….or was…. She walks with dignity once more, even in the stillness and the dark,,knowing that she must trust her heart in all things….and use her mind to gather all she can to move forward and upward past the failures of the past, past lost loves…..and to new love in this place of peace she loves with all her heart…….it will come again and it will last this time until death……but seek she must for a while longer…..and move past what has haunted her and be free to live a life filled with laughter and hope for what is to come…..and truly see what is just before her eyes…..and has always been there……the sparkling stars that she has resisted for far too long…..

She wanders in the midnight mist......

She wanders in the midnight mist, the air illumined by the lights on the tree far above in the wooden enclave where she finds peace on summer nights….but tonight the mist falls in icy snowflakes that melt against her face….she feels fury this eve with thoughts of the one who took her heart and threw it to the winds…..yet knowing love is the answer to all….thoughts of another who has captured her heart touch her soul with fear…….fear of falling too far over the edge…..yet she knows even a moment of joy is worth the agony of loss….and she walks toward the darkness away from the lights with a heavy heart…….seeking…….hoping……..for just one more chance at love…….

What shall it take to capture her lover's heart…..she wanders in thought……..still no moon lights her way as she walks among the silence near the lake’s edge….clouds span the sky covering the stars……black dark falls……no shadows…….again, she is alone but in her heart she hopes…….
